1. Warranty period

2. Scope of Warranty
During the warranty period, if there is an abnormality caused by the company's responsibility, the abnormal part can be repaired or replaced by the company for free. In the following cases, a certain maintenance fee will be charged even during the warranty period.
1、Damage caused by fire, flood, strong lightning strike and other reasons.
2、Man-made damage caused by self-reform.
3、Dropped after purchase or damaged during transportation.
4、Damage caused by use beyond the standard specification requirements.
5、Damage caused by failure to operate and use in accordance with the instruction manual.

Three, after-sales service

1、If you have special requirements on the installation and commissioning of the inverter, or the working condition of the inverter is not ideal (such as unsatisfactory performance and function), please contact our company.

2、In case of abnormality, please contact the company for help in time.

3、During the warranty period, our company will repair for free due to abnormalities caused by product manufacturing and design.

4、After the warranty period is exceeded, the company will make paid repairs according to customer requirements.

5、The service fee is calculated according to the actual cost. If there is an agreement, the agreement takes precedence.
